Yes. The formula balances a soap-based lather with glycerin, betaine and several forms of hyaluronic acid, so it cleans thoroughly without over-drying, which suits normal, combination and oily skin. Very dry or sensitised skin can also use it, though it does contain fragrance, so patch test first if your skin tends to react.

The foam includes several hyaluronic forms — sodium hyaluronate, crosspolymer, hydrolyzed and pure hyaluronic acid. In a rinse-off cleanser these can't hydrate the way a leave-on serum does, but they help the wash feel cushioned and leave skin comfortable rather than squeaky and tight straight after rinsing.

Once or twice a day works for most skin — morning and evening. Apply a small amount to damp skin, massage gently in circular motions, then rinse with warm water. Always follow with a toner and moisturiser; even a gentle cleanser benefits from hydration layered on top to keep skin balanced.

"Cica" refers to Centella Asiatica, valued for calming and soothing the look of skin. This foam contains Centella Asiatica extract plus its compounds — asiaticoside, asiatic acid, madecassic acid and madecassoside. Because it's a rinse-off cleanser, the centella gives it a calming character rather than acting as a leave-on cica treatment.

It's formulated to avoid that. Alongside the cleansing surfactants, glycerin, betaine and the hyaluronic complex help skin hold on to moisture, so it rinses clean without feeling stripped. As with any foaming cleanser, follow with a moisturiser and reduce to once a day if your skin ever feels tight after washing.

It removes light makeup, sunscreen and daily build-up in one wash. For heavier or long-wear makeup and water-resistant SPF, use an oil cleanser or micellar water first, then this foam as a second cleanse. The two steps together leave skin thoroughly clean and comfortable without any need to scrub.
