Shipping policy

At Beauty Bar we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, rates, and what happens if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and nothing in it limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the laws of Georgia.
Domestic deliveries within Georgia are carried out by our courier partner, OnWay (onway.ge), a nationwide Georgian courier service that delivers across the country, including Tbilisi, regional cities, and smaller settlements.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 19:00 are processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume (for example around promotions or holidays), processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Delivery times and rates (within Georgia)
Delivery times depend on your location and are counted from the moment your order is handed to OnWay. Shipping charges are fixed based on your delivery region.

Free delivery applies automatically to all orders of 149 GEL or more, anywhere in Georgia.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. Delivery to more remote settlements may take toward the longer end of these ranges.
In-store pickup
You can also collect your order in person, free of charge, from our stores:

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a form of identification.
Tracking your order
Once your order is handed to OnWay, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your order was confirmed, contact us at info@beautybar.ge.
Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery cannot be completed because the courier is unable to reach you, additional delivery attempts or re-delivery charges may apply, in accordance with OnWay's procedures.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive at all, contact us as soon as possible at info@beautybar.ge so that we can investigate with our courier partner and make it right. Your statutory rights in respect of damaged, defective, or undelivered goods under Georgian consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. Returns and refunds for damaged or defective items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery, in accordance with Georgian law. Where you have exercised a statutory right to reject or return goods, the relevant provisions of our Return & Refund Policy and Georgian consumer law apply.
International shipping
We do not currently offer standard international shipping. For international delivery requests, please contact us at info@beautybar.ge and we will let you know whether we can arrange it and on what terms. Where international delivery is arranged, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
