A foot hydrating mask is an occasional, more intensive treatment, used once a week to deeply moisturise tired or dry feet. Foot cream is the daily step, applied to clean, dry feet and massaged in, ideally before bed so it works overnight.

No. It's not suitable for broken, irritated or sensitive skin. If your feet are in good condition and just need help with rough, hard skin on the heels and soles, it works well — but check for any cuts or irritation before using it.
