Double cleansing uses an oil-based cleanser first to dissolve sunscreen and makeup, followed by a water-based foam or gel cleanser to remove the emulsified residue and cleanse the skin itself. This Farmstay cleanser is water-based and sulphate-free, making it ideal as the second step — it cleanses the skin without re-stripping the barrier after the oil cleanse has already done the heavy lifting.
