It targets the three most common signs of ageing around the eye area — fine lines and crow's feet, loss of firmness, and uneven skin tone including mild dark circles. The formula combines retinol and retinyl palmitate for skin renewal, niacinamide for tone and brightness, hyaluronic acid for moisture, and adenosine to support skin elasticity. It's designed for daily use, morning and evening.

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate than the rest of the face, which means it shows signs of ageing earlier but also absorbs products differently. Retinol is clinically supported for the eye area, but concentration matters. An eye cream formulated specifically for this zone — as opposed to applying a face retinol serum directly under the eye — is calibrated for thinner skin: lower potential for irritation, richer in barrier-supporting ingredients like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to buffer any dryness response.

Retinol is the active, direct-working form of vitamin A. Take a small amount — about the size of a grain of rice per eye. Apply with your ring finger, which naturally applies the lightest pressure of any finger. Tap gently from the outer corner inward along the orbital bone — never drag or rub. The under-eye area doesn't need to be saturated; thin, repeated layers absorb better than one heavy application. Using too much can cause product to migrate into the eyes during sleep, which may cause irritation by morning.

Eye cream goes on before your face moisturiser. The logic is the same as the rest of the routine — thinnest to thickest. After cleansing and applying your serum, apply eye cream to the orbital bone area, let it absorb for 30–60 seconds, then apply your face cream over the rest of the face. This prevents the heavier moisturiser from diluting the eye cream's actives before they've had time to work into the skin.

It can be used both morning and evening. The retinyl palmitate form in this cream is more photostable than pure retinol, meaning it degrades less on exposure to daylight and causes less photosensitivity. Morning use is fine, but always follow with SPF on the face — not because this formula creates high sun sensitivity risk, but because the eye area ages faster than any other zone under UV exposure, and SPF around the eyes is the single most effective anti-ageing step available.

With daily use, most people notice improved hydration and a more rested appearance within two to three weeks — this is primarily the hyaluronic acid and adenosine working.
