Frequently asked questions

It's a sock-type foot mask — you slide it on like a bootie, leave it for 15–20 minutes, and massage in the remaining essence after removal. The sealed design holds active ingredients in contact with the skin long enough for real absorption, which a foot cream applied and immediately walked on cannot do. It targets rough skin, cracked heels, and general dryness in a single treatment.

The formula has an unusually broad hydration complex. Seven forms of hyaluronic acid — including hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer, and potassium hyaluronate — work at different skin depths to deliver and lock in moisture. Shea butter softens and conditions rough, thickened skin. Squalane and argan oil add nourishing lipids that restore the skin's natural barrier. Allantoin helps calm and smooth irritated or cracked areas. Urea assists with softening hardened skin by gently encouraging cell turnover.

15–20 minutes on clean feet. After removing the mask, don't rinse — massage the remaining essence directly into the skin until absorbed. This step matters: the essence left in the sock contains the same active ingredients and is worth using rather than discarding. For best results, put on cotton socks immediately after to help the skin retain the moisture while it continues to absorb.

A single use will noticeably soften rough and dry areas — particularly on the heels and balls of the feet — because the occlusive sock design drives ingredients in more effectively than open-air application. For cracked heels or long-standing roughness, regular use is what produces lasting change; once or twice a week is a practical frequency. Think of single use as an immediate result, regular use as a sustained one.

It will help, but set expectations correctly. The formula contains urea, allantoin, and multiple hyaluronic acid forms that work specifically on hardened and cracked skin — these are clinically relevant ingredients for this concern, not generic hydrators. For severe cracking where the skin is broken or bleeding, healing should come first before using any mask treatment. For dry, rough, or moderately cracked heels, this is well-suited.

The formula contains centella asiatica extract and allantoin — both calming ingredients — alongside witch hazel, which can be mildly astringent on very reactive skin. Tea tree extract is also present, which some sensitive skin types find irritating at higher concentrations. The product is not marketed specifically for sensitive skin. If your feet are sensitive or prone to reaction, do a short patch test on the inner ankle before the full 20-minute treatment.

The main practical difference is occlusion. A foot cream at the same price sits on the surface and does most of its work in the first few minutes before you walk or move. The sock-type mask creates a sealed environment where ingredients stay in contact with the skin for the full 15–20 minutes without evaporating or rubbing off. For targeting rough or cracked areas specifically, the delivery method makes a meaningful difference — which is why foot masks are a distinct category rather than just a format variation.
