Frequently asked questions

It's a single-use sheet mask soaked in a gentle retinol essence with niacinamide, centella and panthenol. Left on for 15 to 20 minutes, it floods skin with the essence to leave it feeling hydrated and calm and looking refreshed. It's a low-commitment way to enjoy a moment of retinol-based care.

Cleanse and apply toner first. Unfold the mask, smooth it over your face aligning the eye and mouth cut-outs, and press out any air bubbles. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes — not until it dries out, which can draw moisture back off the skin. Remove it and pat the remaining essence in.

Because the retinol level is gentle, this mask can be used once or twice a week as a hydrating, calming step. Sheet masks are a treat rather than a daily essential, so fit it in when your skin wants extra comfort. If your skin is new to retinol, once a week is a sensible place to start.

No need to rinse. After removing the mask, gently pat the leftover essence into the skin rather than washing it off, then continue with your usual serum and moisturiser to seal it in. If it ever feels like too much essence for your skin, you can lightly press away any excess with a clean tissue.

After cleansing and toner, and before serum and moisturiser. The mask acts as an essence-and-treatment step, so once you've patted in what it leaves behind, follow with your serum and cream as normal. In the evening, this is a relaxing step to slot in before the richer layers of your routine.

It's one of the gentler ways to try retinol, with soothing ingredients like centella, panthenol, allantoin and chamomile alongside a low vitamin A level. That said, it is fragranced. If your skin is sensitive, patch-test a small area first, and if comfortable, use the mask occasionally rather than frequently.

Yes. It contains peanut oil (Arachis Hypogaea), relevant for nut allergies, and it's fragranced with declared allergens including limonene, hexyl cinnamal and linalool that can trigger reactive skin. If you have concerns, patch-test the essence on a small area before applying the full mask to your face.
