How to apply

Use in place of your conditioner, not in addition to it. After shampooing and squeezing out excess water, work the mask through the mid-lengths and ends — concentrating on the driest, most damaged ends — and avoid the scalp. Leave on for three to five minutes (up to ten for very damaged hair) so the richer formula can absorb, then rinse well. Use once or twice a week; using it daily won't help and can leave finer hair limp.
